I joined DIL as Barista/ CSA in 2015. It came as a life changing opportunity which offered growth and consistent learning curve. I got promoted in May 2017 as Asst Café Manager and then as Café Manager in Jan 2020

I have been able to improve my skills and up my learning curve thanks to regular training workshops and skill development sessions. Costa team always motivates me to learn more so that I can fulfill my career aspiration of becoming an Area Manager.
