All women’s and specially-abled stores

In our pursuit of fostering a more inclusive society, we’ve taken proactive steps to recruit women and individuals with special abilities to manage our stores. Notably, our Pizza Hut business achieved a significant milestone by opening the brand’s inaugural store fully operated by specially-abled employees in Kolkata. Presently, we oversee 47 stores managed entirely by either all-women or specially-abled employees. We are committed to enhancing the number of women leaders across our businesses and add speech and hearing impaired people to our workforce.
