VIRAG JOSHI

Virag Joshi is the Whole-time Director (President & Chief Executive Officer) of our Company. He holds diploma course in Hotel Management and Catering from State Institute of Hotel Management and Catering, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. He has been a key strategist in expansion of Pizza Hut, KFC, Costa Coffee outlets from a small base of five restaurants in 2002 to 600 plus outlets in last 19 years. He has been earlier associated with Indian Hotels Company Limited, Milkfood Limited, Domino’s Pizza India Limited and Priya Village Roadshow Limited. He has been a Director on our Board since November 10, 2004.

MANISH DAWAR

Manish Dawar is the Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce with Honours from the Panjab University, Chandigarh and is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has wide experience in various industry domains and across various geographies in the world. He has worked in various corporate setups including Reebok India, Reckitt Benckiser, Vedanta, DEN Networks Limited and Vodafone India Limited. He has been a Director on our Board since February 17, 2021.

Shivashish Pandey

Shivashish Pandey, CEO of Yum! Brands at Devyani International, brings with him rich experience of over 24 years, including more than a decade in the food and QSR industry. Previously, he served as CEO for KFC Indonesia, where he led the launch of 300+ stores in five years, driving significant sales growth, profitability, and brand penetration. He also spearheaded the brand’s digital transformation by launching a mobile app with cashless payments, loyalty programs, and delivery integration while optimizing partnerships with third-party aggregators. Shivashish exemplifies a people-oriented leadership style, holding the ‘people pillar’ as a cornerstone for success. As an advisor to the Board of PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk, he previously provided strategic insights on expansion and operational planning. He has also been CEO of Pizza Hut, India and CFO of a leading manufacturing firms in Indonesia. He is a Chartered Account from India and also holds an MBA and CMA degrees from Australia. Shivashish has completed Advanced Management program (AMP) and is an alumni of Harvard Business School.

PRADEEP DAS

Pradeep Das has been working in the QSR and retail industry since 1998. Currently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer for KFC India and Nepal. With nearly two decades of experience, Pradeep has been instrumental in establishing and managing food courts across locations, including airports, malls, highways, and hospitals, for DIL. His strong drive, passion, and focus on achieving results have played a key role in taking the Airports business to new heights. As the CEO of KFC, Pradeep is responsible for driving growth and innovation, ensuring the brand's continued success. Before his current role, he held leadership positions with esteemed organizations such as Nature's Basket, Hypercity Retail India, and Future Group (Big Bazaar). Pradeep is committed to visionary leadership, team development, and setting industry standards, all aimed at preparing the organization for the future.

Vijay Gogate

Vijay Gogate is a dynamic, result-oriented, and transformational business leader with a proven track record of turning around regions, brands, and businesses in the Consumer Lifestyle Fashion Retail space, and now, even in the F&B Industry. As the CEO of Pizza Hut India at Devyani International, Vijay is poised to lead the pizza brand into the next chapter of its successful journey. An ardent believer in consumer-centricity, people focus, and process orientation, he is someone who aims to propel any business to the next orbit. Over his career spanning 25+ years, he has successfully built high-performance teams at Perfetti, Luxottica, Mattel, VF Corporations, RBL, Hush Puppies & Bata, delivering and creating new benchmarks in brand and business performance.

Dinesh Hariharan

Dinesh Hariharan, a dynamic leader, and collaborative team player, brings over 25 years of diversified experience across hospitality sectors, including QSR, Food Retail, Café chains, and Entertainment. His expertise lies in conceptualizing, developing, and rapidly scaling businesses across various geographies. In his current role as Vaango's CEO, Dinesh leads strategic vision, operational excellence, and customer experience. Actively engaged in market analysis, he pioneers new initiatives, ensuring Vaango's continued success in the culinary landscape. His commitment lies in driving innovation and maintaining Vaango's position as a hospitality category leader. Dinesh has held key leadership roles in prominent companies like Reliance, Spencer’s, the Landmark group, and has led the F&B division at PVR INOX, he set records and milestones by diversifying F&B offerings and introducing new food concepts within Multiplexes nationwide, resulting in significant growth in topline and margins.

Kamaljit Singh Bedi

Kamaljit Singh Bedi, CEO of Costa Coffee India & Airports at Devyani International, brings over 24 years of experience in retail, distribution, and business development. A recognized leader in the F&B retail sector, he has successfully driven growth in India and neighboring countries through innovation and agility. His expertise covers retail operations, P&L management, franchise expansion, and consumer research. Kamaljit is an alumnus of NSR-NTPC School of Business and IMT Ghaziabad. His key achievements include transforming Levi’s business, opening 200 EBOs in two years, and expanding Mattel’s presence in SAARC countries. He has also served as Vice President of Cream Bell and COO of Keventers. Kamaljit holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Airtel.

Aarti Marwaha

Aarti Marwaha, a seasoned HR professional with over two decades of varied experiences and academically honored by Former President of India Lt. APJ Abdul Kalam, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Devyani International Ltd. Aarti has excelled in managing talent and driving strategic initiatives throughout her career. She has driven productivity and performance, Sales force effectiveness, setup systems and processes from scratch and led transformation & restructuring in large, matrix organizations. In her strategic advisory role, Aarti has cultivated organizational skills and competencies in HR and Leadership Development. She plays a crucial role in defining strategic human capital agendas, talent management, and leadership-level hiring. With a career spanning across diverse industries, Aarti has been championing around Retail/QSR – including Devyani International & Walmart India. As previous stints: she has worked in Religare Enterprises ltd. and Reliance Telecommunication. Aarti Marwaha's journey is a testament to her leadership acumen, commitment to excellence, and transformative impact in Human Resources.
