Restaurant General Manager & Asst. Restaurant Manager - 10 Opening(s)
Being singularly responsible for running
restaurants profitably by maximising positive customer feedback and sales and minimising controllable expenses;
Ensuring that the restaraunt standards are met and Company policies & procedures are followed, such that food & stock wastage is bare minimum;
Providing training, coaching and counselling to the team in order to build team capability for the next level;
Desired Profile :
The candidate needs to possess:
Minimum HSC Qualification, though Diploma or Bachelors degree in Hotel Management qualification will be preferred
Strong Communication skills and good personality
Good report-making (MIS) skills, with a liking for numbers
Should be confident of leading a team of 10-15 staff, based in the restaurant.
Assistant Restaraunt Manager - 3 to 5 yrs experience.
Restaraunt General Manager - 5 to 7 yrs experience.
3 - 7 Years

PG - Post Graduation Not Required
