Job Description:
To perform all activities relating to Customer Service by providing efficient & quick service and quality products to customers
Work Activities :
To ensure the best customer experience as global Costa standards
Making sure that the store is clean and neat in every aspect, including toilets, dishes, pastry cabinets and all other equipments needing attention
Ensuring high attention is given to Safety standards.
Under-going 30 days Training plan and completing the same as per the calendar.
Being in Front of the House (FOH)/Back of the House (BOH), taking & preparing for orders within the stipulated time.
Desired Profile :

Positive attitude and pleasant personality.

Should be a good team-player and should be comfortable working in a team.

Having a knack of giving great customer service.

Pro-active approach.
Good computer skills, so as to prepare store reports.
Preferably from the same industry.
Experience: Around 6 (Six) to One (1) Years experience in competitor firm
